Download the Book Order Form and return to the school to purchase inscribed and signed books from these authors at a discounted price. Books can be ordered from any or all authors, not just the one visiting your child’s classroom. And signed books make great gifts (just specify the name to be inscribed on each)! Completed order forms must be returned to the Greenwood PTO by Friday, February 10th.

About AuthorFest
The AuthorFest planning committee has been busy all school year making sure that AuthorFest 2017 is a blast! This year, we will welcome three author/illustrators into our school: the 4th- and 3rd-graders will be captivated by Matt Tavares, the 2nd- & 1st-graders will be inspired by Brain Lies, and our kindergartners will share a laugh with writer/illustrator Scott Magoon.
AuthorFest is scheduled to roll into our school April 10th – 13th, the week before April vacation. AuthorFest is a week full of fascinating author visits to our school. Authors engage with the children, share insights on how they developed, illustrated and edited their books, and lead interactive activities with the children. What better way to send the kids off to vacation than to have them spend time with nationally recognized children’s authors and illustrators. And, don’t forget to Google your favorite author, as all of our visitors have wonderful websites!
